Talking particularly about gin cocktails, they have a separate fan base all over the world. This spirit is light and blends perfectly with juices, sodas and other ingredients. Gimlets, martinis, tom collins, white lady and negronis are some classic gin cocktails that are loved by all. St. Garden 


For an herbaceous and refreshing cocktail, try this twist on a classic smash. Add Hayman’s Old Tom gin, orange juice, fresh lime juice, and elderflower syrup. Stir well and garnish with a lime wheel. 

Ingredients: 

  • 45ml Hayman’s Old Tom gin 
  • 25ml orange juice 
  • 15ml lime juice 
  • 15ml elderflower syrup 
  • Lime wheel

Method 

  • Add gin, orange juice, lime juice and elderflower syrup in a cocktail shaker. 
  • Shake well with ice.  
  • Pour into a cocktail glass and garnish with lime wheel. 
  • Serve chilled. 

Exotic G&T 


The Exotic G&T offers a crisp and cooling taste with the botanical notes of Hayman’s Exotic Citrus gin, the freshness of gin and the zing of lime. Garnish with lime wedges. It is a fantastic choice for a relaxed evening with Netflix and gin. 

Ingredients: 

  • 45ml Hayman’s Exotic Citrus gin 
  • 10ml lime juice 
  • top-up with soda 
  • Lime wedges

Method 

  • Gather all the ingredients. 
  • Combine gin and lime juice in a cocktail shaker and shake well with ice. 
  • Transfer into a glass and top with soda. Garnish with lime wedges and enjoy. 

London’s Bees 


London's bees is a beautiful pale-yellow colour and has a sweet, tart, and floral flavour profile. It's perfect for sipping on a warm evening or as a pre-dinner cocktail. This cocktail is a great option for those who enjoy a simple yet delicious cocktail. 

Ingredients: 

  • 45ml Hayman’s London Dry gin 
  • 15ml honey syrup 
  • 15ml lime juice

Method 

  • Combine gin, honey syrup and lime juice in a cocktail shaker with ice. 
  • Shake well. 
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy. 

Skylark Grapefruit Fizz 

Fill a glass with ice, pour in the Tenjaku gin, and add sweet & sour mix with grapefruit juice and top it up with Soda. Stir gently and garnish with a fresh orange wheel. The aroma of orange complements the fruity flavours in this delightful cocktail. 

Ingredients: 

  • 45ml Tenjaku gin 
  • 20ml lime juice 
  • 20ml simple syrup 
  • 60ml grapefruit juice 
  • Top-up with soda 
  • Orange wheel for garnish

Method 

  • Add all the ingredients into a shaker with ice. 
  • Shake well until combined. 
  • Pour into a glass and garnish with orange wheel. Enjoy.
