3 Juice Recipes That Are Great For  A Healthy Detox

Wedding season and parties are year-long celebrations. We usually end up eating a lot of junk food on these occasions and tend to forget about our system. Eating a lot of junk food and alcohol can make our cholesterol levels rise which is not good for our heart and blood pressure. Junk food also makes you lethargic and lazy. It is very important to detox your body and provide it with ample antioxidants to keep your system functioning and going. Juices are the best way to detox. These are light on the system and help in removing toxins easily.

Here are some juice recipes you can try for detoxifying your body-

Green detox juice

Ingredients

  • 2 Green apples
  • 3 stalks of celery
  • 1 cucumber
  • 8 kale leaves
  • 1 sprig mint
  • 1 lemon
  • 1/2 fresh ginger

Method

  • Wash and slice 2 green apples in half. 
  • Fill a juicer with all the ingredients. Add one lemon juice as well. As needed, add more water. Mix thoroughly until smooth. Serve

Ingredients

  • 1 apple
  • 2 carrots
  • 1/2 cup pineapple
  • 1/2 inch ginger

Method

  • Wash and cut one large apple. Take 2 large carrots, 1/2 cup of pineapple pieces, and a little piece of ginger. Cut everything into small bits after removing all skins. 
  • Blend all the ingredients together and, if necessary, add a little water. Enjoy after blending till smooth!

Lemon apple juice

Ingredients

  • 2 lemons
  • 4 apples
  • 2 cucumbers

Method

  • Peel and slice 2 lemons in half Cut 4 apples into quarters and 2 cucumbers in half to make this delectable juice. 
  • Put all of them in a blender with a cup of water. Enjoy after blending till smooth!
