Recipe: For this you need 2 tbsp Cornstarch, 2 Tbsp Cocoa powder, 10 g Granulated sugar, A pinch of Salt, 150g Milk, 10 g unsalted butter, A few drops of Vanilla essence. 

Method: In a bowl, combine the cornstarch, cocoa powder, sugar, and salt. In a saucepan, whisk together the cold milk and turn the heat to medium. Continue to whisk regularly, scraping the sides of the pot as needed, until the mixture reaches a boil. Continue whisking for 1 minute while the pudding boils, then remove the saucepan from the heat. Stir in the butter and vanilla extract until the butter is completely melted. Divide the pudding between two heat-safe glasses or bowls. Cover the pudding with 2 sheets of cling wrap, pressing the plastic wrap against the surface to prevent a layer from forming. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours, or until firm and cooled. 

One Bowl Brownie Recipe 

Make this simple one-bowl brownie for your father. It's chewy, fudgy, and oozing with chocolate flavour. It has that perfect flaked top and chewy interior. It is truly epic to make your celebration scrumptious. 

Recipe: You would need 1 cup melted Butter, 2 cups + 2 ½ tablespoons Sugar, 4 Eggs preferably pre-whisked, 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence, ½ teaspoon Coffee essence, 2 tablespoons Cornstarch, ¼ teaspoon Baking powder, 1 cup All purpose flour, 1 cup Cocoa powder, 1 ½ teaspoons Salt.  

Merthod: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Melt the butter in a large microwave-safe bowl or over a pot of simmering water. Whisk the sugar into the melting and hot butter until it is completely smooth. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and salt until thoroughly combined. Extracts should be whisked in. In a large mixing bowl, combine cornstarch, baking powder, flour, cocoa powder, and salt.  Bake for 18-22 minutes in a preheated oven, or until it puffs up and jiggles like Swirl when gently touched. Allow it to cool before slicing. 

White Chocolate Raspberry Mousse 

To make an extra unique Father's Day dessert, combine a classic vanilla mousse with white chocolate and raspberry sauce. This light and airy mousse is a beloved and simple dessert to make for special occasions. It's quick, creamy, and most of the time quite beautiful. Especially for your father, who adores you and treats you like a delicate mousse.  

Method: Stir up some whipping cream with some melted white chocolate and vanilla essence for this white chocolate raspberry mousse. It's so rich and wonderful, and when you top it with a dollop of fresh raspberry sauce and a few raspberries, you've got this lovely mini dessert to serve your dad.
