• 4 Field roast italian sausages
• 1 cup Fresh Basil, Finely Chopped
• Olive oil
• 15 Cremini mushrooms, de stemmed
• 3 Bell peppers, orange, red, or yellow variety
• 15 Cherry tomatoes
• 5 Cloves Garlic, Minced
• 0.5 Teasp dried thyme
• 2 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
• 0.25 Teasp salt
• 1 Teasp fresh lemon juice
