• can Cayenne can be added for extra heat use with caution optional

• 0.5 Lime juiced
• 1.5 cup Plum tomatoes
• 1 tablespoon Cilantro chopped
• 0.25 teaspoon Salt or to taste
• 2 Ears fresh corn
• As required Sea salt and black pepper to taste

• 2 cup 3 bean chili from recipe above
• 1 cup Corn pan roasted kernels
• 1 cup Salsa from recipe above
• 15 ounce Refried beans
• 2 No.s Jalape seeded and sliced into rounds
• 1.5 cup Cheddar cheese shredded or your favorite cheese
• 12 ounce Sour cream
• 12 ounce Guacamole
