Directions : Ultimate Coca Cola Chicken Wings Recipe

STEP 1.1 fill a pot with water and bring it to a boil. Add 2 lb washed chicken wings to the water and boil for 1 minute.

STEP 2.2 take the chicken wings out of the water and drain them well. Pat them dry with a kitchen paper towel. Ensure that the wings are dry before cooking.

STEP 3.1 heat a pan at medium heat and add1 tsp oil, 1 tbsp chopped ginger, 1 tbsp chopped garlic and stir till fragrant.

STEP 4.2 add the chicken wings to the pan. Arrange them so that all the pieces touch the hot surface of the pan. Sear them for 1 minute on each side.

STEP 5.3 add ⅔ tsp salt and pour in ⅔ can of coca cola, 1 tsp dark soy sauce.

STEP 6.4 continue to cook the chicken wings till the liquid thickens and becomes the consistency of a syrup. Turn the chicken wings over every few minutes to ensure that they do not burn on one side.

STEP 7.5 ensure that all the pieces are well coated with the coca cola syrup.once cooked turn off the heat.

STEP 8.6 serve hot
