Cooking Directions

• STEP 1.In a mixing glass, muddle the sugar cube with a few dashes of bitters.
• STEP 2.Add a splash of water and continue to muddle until the sugar is dissolved.
• STEP 3.Add the bourbon, maple syrup, and absinthe to the glass and stir well.
• STEP 4.Fill the glass with ice and stir again until well chilled.
• STEP 5.Strain the cocktail into a rocks glass filled with ice.
• STEP 6.Garnish with an orange twist and enjoy!
