• 1.5 quart Homemade or store bought low sodium chicken stock, plus more as needed
• 1 teaspoon Soy sauce
• sprig A few sprigs mixed herbs, such as fresh parsley, thyme, or rosemary
• 2 Bay leaves
• 3 tablespoon Butter
• 0.25 cup Flour
