• 2 Medium shallots finely chopped

• 10 cup Low sodium chicken broth more if needed
• 12 ounce Carrots thinly sliced
• 2 Medium size bay leaves
• 1 teaspoon Turmeric
• 1.5 teaspoon Kosher salt more to taste
• 0.25 teaspoon Freshly ground black pepper more, to taste
• For finishing
• 2 cup Diced rotisserie or leftover chicken
• 2 teaspoon Finely Chopped Fresh Rosemary
