• 0.75 cup Beef stock
• 0.25 cup Pimiento stuffed green olives sliced
• 2 tablespoon Chili powder
• 2 teaspoon Dried ground cumin
• 1 tablespoon Dried oregano
• 2 teaspoon Brown sugar packed
• 1.5 teaspoon Salt or more to taste
• 0.25 teaspoon Hot sauce or more to taste
• 1 Box corn muffin mix
• 0.5 cup Whole milk
• 1 Large egg
• 0.5 cup Cheddar, shredded
