• 1.5 teaspoon Dry italian seasoning
• 0.5 teaspoon Salt adjust depending on steak seasoning used
• 1 teaspoon Red pepper flakes adjust to taste
• 23 ounce 1 jar garlic and herb seasoned marinara sauce
• 14.5 ounce 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilis
• 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
• 2 cup Cooked long grain rice
• 3 cup Shredded colby jack or cheddar cheese divided
• Chopped fresh parsley for garnishing
