Cooking Directions

• STEP 1.Start by preparing the fruit for each sorbet. Peel and remove the seeds from the lemon, wash and remove the stems from the raspberries, and peel and dice the mango.
• STEP 2.In a blender, combine the lemon, raspberries, and mango separately with a splash of water. Blend until smooth and creamy.
• STEP 3.Pour each fruit mixture into separate containers and place in the freezer. Allow the sorbets to freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
