Directions : Sopa De Habas Recipe

STEP 1.Rise the lima beans, soak them overnight in a bowl of water and drain the next morning.

STEP 2.In a pot add the beans and water. Cook it for 40 minutes.

STEP 3.Heat olive oil in a skillet. Add the tomatoes, jalapenos,onion and garlic. Cook for 3 minutes, add in a cup of water and cooked lima beans

STEP 4.Add the chicken bouillon, cook for another 20 minutes and serve.
