• 2 Carrots diced
• 1 Small yellow onion diced
• 2 Celery stalks diced
• 5 pound Whole chicken
• 0.5 cup Salted butter melted
• 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
• 1 teaspoon Dried sage use oregano if you don't have sage
• 0.5 teaspoon Paprika
• 6 ounce Box stove top stuffing i use savory herb style but you can use any kind of stove top such as chicken, turkey or cornbread style
