Ingredients For Slow-Cooked Lasagna Soup Recipe

1 Package italian turkey sausage links, casings removed
1 Large onion, chopped
2 Medium carrots, chopped
2 cup Sliced fresh mushrooms
3 Garlic cloves, minced
1 Carton reduced sodium chicken broth
2 can No salt added stewed tomatoes
2 can No Salt Added Tomato Sauce
2 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
6 inch Lasagna noodles, broken into 1 pieces
2 cup Coarsely chopped fresh spinach
1 cup Cubed or shredded part skim mozzarella cheese
Optional: shredded parmesan cheese and minced fresh basil
