• 1 cup Sausage precooked and sliced
• 0.5 Red pepper chopped
• 0.5 Yellow pepper chopped
• 0.5 Onion chopped
• 1 teaspoon Garlic
• 1 tablespoon Fresh herbs combination of oregano, thyme, rosemary, tarragon, etc
• As required Salt and pepper to taste
• 4 Red potatoes boiled until fork tender
• 2 tablespoon Olive oil
