• 0.5 cup Almonds, chopped
• Optional additions:crumbled goats cheese or feta, dried cranberries, handful of other chopped nuts like walnut and pecans
• 0.75 cup Extra virgin olive oil
• 2 tablespoon White wine vinegar
• 2 tablespoon Honey
• 1 tablespoon Mustard
• 1 Small clove garlic, mined
• 0.5 teaspoon Salt or to taste
