This drink, from caitlin laman of san franciscos trick dog, is an excellent example of how well dry sherry partners with strawberries. Laman calls for la cigarrera manzanilla, but its great with other dry styles as well. The recipe is similar to the collins template, but swapping in sherry for some of the gin makes for a lower-abv drink. Perfect for day drinking
