In this recipe i have used pearl millet flour and blended fresh coconut. Fermentation is not required in this recipe. These tastes amazing and goes well with tomato or coconut chutney or any curry.

2 cup Bajra/Pearl Millet/Bajari flour
0.75 Fresh coconut
1.75 cup water – – 2 to adjust consistency
1 tablespoon oil – for batter + 3 4 tbsp. for greasing

Serving – tomato chutney or red chilli chutney
