• 0.25 cup Gold medaltm all purpose flour
• 2 cup Milk
• 0.25 teaspoon Ground nutmeg or 1/8 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
• 1.25 cup Grated parmesan cheese
• 2 Eggs, beaten
