• 16 ounce Rigatoni pasta, cooked
• 1 pound Chicken breast tenders
• 1 tablespoon Olive oil
• Seasoned salt
• Pepper
• 4 Cloves garlic, minced
• 10 ounce 1 bag baby spinach
• 1 tablespoon Unsalted butter
• 1 tablespoon All purpose flour
• 2 cup Whole milk, or 1/2 and half
• 1 teaspoon Dried basil
• 0.25 teaspoon Red pepper flakes, crushed
• 1 cup Smoked mozzarella cheese, shredded
• 1 cup Part skim mozzarella cheese, shredded
• 1 cup Tomato, diced
• As required Salt and pepper, to taste
• Parmesan cheese, for sprinkling
