• 1 pound 3/4 leftover ham
• 1 pound Bag navy beans, soaked overnight
• 1 Bay leaf
• 78 sprig Fresh thyme
• 12 tablespoon Chopped garlic
• 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
• 1 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper
• 23 teaspoon Kosher salt
• As required Fresh black pepper to taste
• 1.5 cup Diced Onion
• 1 cup Diced carrots
