• As required Kosher salt and black pepper to taste
• 0.75 cup Whole wheat pastry flour
• 0.5 cup Cornmeal, medium or finely ground
• 1 tablespoon Baking powder
• 0.25 teaspoon Kosher salt
• 1 cup Milk
• 1 Egg
• 1.5 tablespoon Honey
