Ingredients For Mexican Chopped Chicken Salad Recipe

• 0.5 cup Apple cider or red wine vinegar
• 6 tablespoon Honey
• 2 teaspoon Ground cumin
• 0.5 teaspoon Dried oregano
• 0.5 teaspoon Salt
• 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
• 4 cup Cooked chopped chicken
• 1.5 cup Fresh or frozen corn kernels, thawed if frozen
• 1 cup Chopped cherry or roma tomatoes
• 1 can Black beans, rinsed and drained well
• 3 part Green onions, white and green chopped
• 1 can Olives, drained and cut in 1/2
• 1 Red bell pepper, chopped
• 3 Small romaine hearts, chopped
• 0.5 cup Chopped cilantro
• 2 Avocados, diced
• 1 cup Cubed sharp cheddar or monterey jack cheese, or a combination
• Sour cream, blue corn tortilla chips and salsa for serving
