0.5 kg lady’s finger(chopped)
1 g string curry leaves
1 tsp mustard urad dal mix
2 Pieces Dry red chilli
0.5 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Chilli powder
as required Salt
1 tbsp Oil
0.5 tsp Half tsp mustard seeds
Directions : Masala bhindi or ladyfinger Recipe
STEP 1.Rinse and wipe dry all the ladies finger with a clean kitchen towel. Then slice the Ladies finger to thin 0.5 inches and chopped one onion Then add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, and salt mix it well.Keep aside.Heat oil in a large pan over medium -high heat until hot but not smoking. Sprinkle in mustard seeds and urad dal mix when the seed sizzle and pop.quickly add dry red chilli and curry leaves.
STEP 2.Cook stirring, until very fragrant, about 1minute, Then add lady’s finger increase heat to medium and cook stirring often, until the goo or mucilage from the lady’s finger starts to release and Cook stirring continuously until the lady’s finger is look very well fry, 6 to 10 minutes more.once the lady’s finger cooked transfer the plate serve with rice or chappathi.
