• 1 teaspoon Minced fresh ginger
• 2 tablespoon Olive oil
• 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
• 1 teaspoon Chile garlic sauce
• 1 Clove garlic, finely minced or pressed through a garlic press
• 1 tablespoon Honey
• As required Salt and pepper to taste
• 3 cup Shredded cabbage, can use coleslaw mix
• 3 cup Chopped romaine lettuce
• 2 can Mandarin oranges, drained
• 3 cup Cooked chopped chicken
• 3 Green onions, chopped
• 1 cup Chow mein noodles or toasted, chopped almonds
