STEP 1.Assemble all the ingredients listed.If coriander leaves, green chilies or garam masala aren't your favorites, then feel free to leave them out. Your tikkas will still turn out good.
STEP 2.Add chicken. Rub this marinade onto the chicken. Marinade chicken in this mix for 5-6 hours or overnight.
STEP 3.Preheat oven @400 degree F. Remove chicken from the fridge and thread the pieces onto the skewers. Evenly divide the pieces between 4-5 skewers or you can add butter in a pan and cook on both sides.
STEP 4.Cook for 25-30 minutes in the oven and 10-15 minutes in pan turning them once in between until cooked through.
STEP 5.Once cooked remove from the oven/psn and cook for a few seconds over direct flame for charred effect. Add butter, cream and squeeze lemon before serving
