Ingredients for Chicken korma Recipe

  • 200 grams of chicken
  • 1/4 cup half cup of curd/milk
  • 3/4 Pieces three slide onions turned into birista
  • 1/4 tablespoon 1 tablespoon
  • 1/4 tablespoon Coriander seeds
  • 1 Pieces Dry Red Chillies
  • 1/2 tablespoon 2 tablespoon ginger g
  • 1/2 tbsp Shan korma masala
  • 1 g to split green chillies
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup Half cup of cream

Directions: Chicken Korma Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat ghee in a pan and add fried sliced onions to make birista. Keep them aside.
  • STEP 2.Then marinate chicken in ginger garlic paste, half of the curd and salt for 25 mins.
  • STEP 3.In the meantime, dry roast then grind almonds, red chillies, coriander and jeera.
  • STEP 4.Fry the chicken for 10 mins in the same pan and add ghee which was used to fry onions.
  • STEP 5.Then add rest of the curd, ground masalas, shan's korma masala, cream,green chiliies and 2 drops of kewra water.
  • STEP 6.Add water,cover and cook till done.
