STEP 1.Heat ghee in a pan and add fried sliced onions to make birista. Keep them aside.
STEP 2.Then marinate chicken in ginger garlic paste, half of the curd and salt for 25 mins.
STEP 3.In the meantime, dry roast then grind almonds, red chillies, coriander and jeera.
STEP 4.Fry the chicken for 10 mins in the same pan and add ghee which was used to fry onions.
STEP 5.Then add rest of the curd, ground masalas, shan's korma masala, cream,green chiliies and 2 drops of kewra water.
STEP 6.Add water,cover and cook till done.
