Ingredients for Malai Chicken Tikka Recipe

  • 166.67 grams grams of boneless chicken cut into small
  • 0.33 cup half cup of Hung curd
  • 0.33 cup Half cup of cream
  • 0.33 Pieces one lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoons Cashew paste
  • 0.33 teaspoon ¼ teaspoon G
  • 0.33 tablespoon arlic paste
  • 0.33 tablespoon inger paste
  • 0.33 teaspoon crushed green chilies
  • 0.08 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • to taste Salt
  • 0.33 tbsp crushed dried fenugreek
  • 0.33 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 0.33 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 0.67 teaspoons 2 teaspoons G
  • A Stalk Coriander leaves

Directions: Malai Chicken Tikka Recipe

  • STEP 1.Assemble all the ingredients listed.If coriander leaves, green chilies or garam masala aren't your favorites, then feel free to leave them out. Your tikkas will still turn out good.
  • STEP 2.Add chicken. Rub this marinade onto the chicken. Marinade chicken in this mix for 5-6 hours or overnight.
  • STEP 3.Preheat oven @400 degree F. Remove chicken from the fridge and thread the pieces onto the skewers. Evenly divide the pieces between 4-5 skewers or you can add butter in a pan and cook on both sides.
  • STEP 4.Cook for 25-30 minutes in the oven and 10-15 minutes in pan turning them once in between until cooked through.
  • STEP 5.Once cooked remove from the oven/psn and cook for a few seconds over direct flame for charred effect. Add butter, cream and squeeze lemon before serving
