• 0.25 teaspoon Pepper
• 1 cup Freshly grated sharp cheddar cheese or more to taste
• 1 cup Freshly grated mozzarella cheese or more to taste
• 1 tablespoon Blue cheese optional
• 4 Strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
