Directions : Jamón Serrano Recipe

STEP 1.In a massive cooking pan, add oil.

STEP 2.Heat it up and drop diced shallots.

STEP 3.Cook till slightly brunet .

STEP 4.Add cubed jamon serrano and cook till brunet .

STEP 5.Add minced garlic and cook for a second.

STEP 6.Add sliced mushrooms and to assist them sweat out add salt and pepper.

STEP 7.Cook for a couple minutes, pour vino.

STEP 8.Crank up the warmth to evaporate alcohol.

STEP 9.Then add dry seasoning.

STEP 10.At the tip add shredded parsley.

STEP 11.Serve hop as an entremet or cold as an associate course.
