Step-by-Step Directions

STEP 1.Heat a skillet over medium heat with a splash of oil. Sauté onions and bell peppers until soft and fragrant. Add steak strips, cooking until browned. Season with salt and pepper.

STEP 1.In a bowl, combine cream cheese, diced jalapeños, and half the shredded cheese. Stir until smooth and creamy.

STEP 2.Slice slider rolls in half (don’t separate them individually). Place the bottom half of the rolls on a baking tray. Spread the jalapeño mixture evenly over the bread. Add the cooked steak and veggies on top. Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese. Place the top half of the rolls back on.

STEP 3.Mix melted butter with garlic powder and parsley. Brush generously over the tops of the rolls. Cover with foil and bake at 350°F for 10 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 5 minutes for a golden finish.
