• 4 cup chicken stock or broth homemade or store bought OR chicken broth
• 3 cup Water
• 1 whole organic chicken or chicken breasts, chicken thighs, or mixture
• 1 package pasta egg noodles, fettuccine, spaghetti
• 1 tablespoon parsley fresh, chopped
• As required salt and pepper
