This is my own creation influenced by the cuisine of kerala. A spicy tangy chicken starter made with a mix of different spices and smothered the goodness of curry leaves.
2.5 pound Chicken cleaned and cut into very small pieces
2 teaspoon Salt
0.75 cup Curry leaves
2 tablespoon Ginger garlic paste
0.5 teaspoon Turmeric
1.5 teaspoon Black pepper powder
1.5 cup Finely Chopped Onion
5 Habanero pepper or green chilies 1
1 inch Ginger chopped
1 teaspoon Red chili powder
2 tablespoon Garlic finely chopped
1.5 teaspoon Garam masala powder
2 teaspoon Chaat masala
0.5 teaspoon Jeera powder
