Ingredients For Bison Chili Recipe

• 2 teaspoon Extra virgin olive oil
• 1 Small onion, chopped
• 1 Small green bell pepper, chopped
• 1 Small red bell pepper, chopped
• 2 Cloves garlic, minced
• 1 pound Cooked lean ground bison, alternatively lean ground turkey or chicken will work
• 2 can Kidney beans, drained and rinsed
• 1 can Low sodium diced tomatoes
• 1.5 cup Low Sodium Broth
• 2 tablespoon Chili powder
• 1 teaspoon Sea salt + more to taste
• 2 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper
