Ingredients For Beef Stir Fry Recipe

• 0.25 cup Soy sauce i used bragg liquid aminos
• 1.5 cup Beef broth or water
• 2 tablespoon Brown sugar, maple syrup or honey
• 3 tablespoon Cornstarch
• 5 Garlic cloves minced
• 1 inch Ginger minced
• 1.5 pound Beef sirloin, ribeye, tri tip, tenderloin or shoulder steak thinly sliced
• 1 Large white onion thinly sliced
• 2 Large bell peppers sliced
• 6 ounce Mushrooms sliced
• 1 pound Broccoli chopped
• 2 tablespoon Oil for frying
• 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds for garnish
