• 14.5 ounce 2 cans beef broth
• 3 Medium potatoes peeled and cut up
• 0.5 cup Water
• 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
• 0.5 teaspoon Salt
• 2 teaspoon Dried basil
• 3 teaspoon Dried parsley flakes
• 0.5 cup Shredded sharp cheddar cheese
• 1 cup Milk
• 2 teaspoon Cornstarch optional, used to thicken soup only
