• 0.5 teaspoon Dried oregano
• 0.25 teaspoon Pepper
• 1 Medium Onion, Thinly Sliced
• Green, sweet red and/or yellow peppers, julienned
• 1 tablespoon Canola oil
• 8 Flour tortillas , warmed
