• 0.5 cup Toasted walnuts roughly chopped

• For the honey herb vinaigrette
• 0.25 cup Extra virgin olive oil
• 0.5 Lemon juiced
• 1 tablespoon Honey
• 1 teaspoon Fresh thyme or about 1/2 tsp of dried thyme
• 1 teaspoon Fresh parley minced
