• 2 pound Green beans, end trimmed and cut into 2" pieces
• 1 Yellow onion, quartered and thinly sliced
• 1 Jar artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
• 5 Slices bacon, optional, cooked and chopped
• 4 tablespoon Fat of choice, bacon fat, ghee, or grass fed butter are best, melted
• 1.5 cup Unsweetened almond milk
• 3 tablespoon Arrowroot starch
• 1 tablespoon Chia powder
• As required Sea salt
• As required Fresh Ground Black Pepper

• Coconut oil, for the loaf pan
• 2 tablespoon Almond flour
• 2 tablespoon Arrowroot flour
• 6 tablespoon Almond butter, no salt or sweetener added
• 0.25 teaspoon Baking soda
• 0.25 teaspoon Sea salt
• 1 Large egg
• 1 Egg yolk
