Directions : Ghost Pepper Wings Recipe

STEP 1.Add all the spices into a blender and make a paste.

STEP 1.Marinate the chicken wings in a refrigerator overnight.

STEP 2.Mix flour with starch and stick wings with flour.

STEP 3.Oil temperature must be 150- 160 degrees celsius, fry on low heat for 3 minutes.

STEP 4.Again, at 180 degrees fry for 1 minute.

STEP 1.Take out on a plate, once done and dust with salt and chilli powder. Serve hot and crispy.
