Cooking Directions

• STEP 1.In a blender, combine 2 cups of ice, 1 cup of coconut milk, 1 cup of pineapple juice, and 2 ounces of rum.
• STEP 2.Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
• STEP 3.Pour into glasses and garnish with pineapple wedges and cherries.
• STEP 4.Serve immediately and enjoy!

Storage and Serving

• This frozen Piña Colada is best served immediately after blending.
• If you have leftovers, you can store them in the freezer for up to 1 week.
• To serve, simply thaw in the refrigerator for a few hours and give it a quick blend before serving.
