Ingredients For Fried Peach Pies Recipe

• 6 ounce Dried fruit i used peaches, can use apples, apricots, or other dried fruit
• 1 cup Sugar
• 2 cup Water
• 0.25 cup Butter or margarine
• 1 tablespoon Lemon juice optional, but i use it
• 0.5 teaspoon Cinnamon optional, but i use it
• 2 cup Flour
• 1 teaspoon Salt
• 0.5 cup Shortening
• 0.5 cup Milk can add a little more if needed
