Cooking Directions

• STEP 1.Fill a mixing glass with ice cubes.
• STEP 2.Add 2 ounces of gin, 1 ounce of vermouth, and a few dashes of orange bitters to the mixing glass.
• STEP 3.Stir the mixture well for about 30 seconds to chill and dilute the drink.
• STEP 4.Strain the cocktail into a chilled martini glass.
• STEP 5.Garnish with a twist of orange peel.
