• 500 gram Pork mince
• 250 milliliter Massel chicken style liquid stock
• 60 milliliter Light soy sauce
• 1.5 tablespoon Smooth peanut butter
• 1 tablespoon White Vinegar
• 3 teaspoon Sesame oil
• 270 gram Packet dried udon noodles
• 5 Green shallots, thinly sliced lengthways, curled
