This is my mother's recipe. Not so common, but really yummy form of north indian chaat ........ Dahi gujiya. My mother usually makes it on holi and diwali. So here the recipe of gujiya...enjoy it.
Ingredients For Curd stuffed gujiya or karanji (famous chaat item from north india) Recipe
2 cup Urad Dal
1.5 teaspoon Salt
3 tablespoon For Stuffing coconut powder
8 finely chopped cashews
1 tablespoon black pepper powder
For making chaat
1 cup curd beaten
0.5 cup green chutney
0.5 cup sweet chutney
red chilli powder
As required roasted cumin powder
As required Salt
papdi or any other Namkeen
chaat masala
oil for deep frying
ziploc bag to make gujiyas
