This is my mother's recipe. Not so common, but really yummy form of north indian chaat ........ Dahi gujiya. My mother usually makes it on holi and diwali. So here the recipe of gujiya...enjoy it.

- 1/5 cup Urad Dal
- 0.15 teaspoon Salt
- 0.30-0.40 tablespoon For Stuffing coconut powder
- 0.80-1 finely chopped cashews
- 1/10 tablespoon black pepper powder
- As required For making chaat
- 1/10 cup curd beaten
- 1/20 cup green chutney
- 1/20 cup sweet chutney
- As required red chilli powder
- As required roasted cumin powder
- As required Salt
- As required papdi or any other Namkeen
- As required chaat masala
- As required oil for deep frying
