• 1 quart Leftover turkey carcass this will make 3+ broth
• 3 cup Cooked turkey diced into bite size pieces
• 4 tablespoon Butter
• 1 cup Medium yellow onion chopped or 1 chopped onion
• 3 cup Large carrots sliced small or 1 1/2 sliced carrots
• 3 cup Celery stalks sliced small ot 1 1/2 sliced celery
• 0.25 cup Flour
• 1 teaspoon Chicken base chicken bouillon will work also
• 2 teaspoon Kosher salt
• 0.75 teaspoon Fresh cracked black pepper adjust according to taste
• 2 cup Half and half cream
