• 3 cup Frozen extra sweet whole kernel corn
• 2 Medium potatoes, each cut into 8 chunks
• 3 cup 1/2 and half
• 1 teaspoon Chopped fresh thyme leaves or 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
• 1 teaspoon Salt or to taste
• Freshly ground pepper, if desired
• 1 Dried bay leaf
