• 1 pound Rotini or farfalle pasta, i use whole wheat
• 8 Slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
• 1 pint Cherry tomatoes, halved
• 2 cup Baby spinach leaves, fresh
• 0.5 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
• 1 cup Greek yogurt, plain
• 0.6699999999999999 cup Milk, i use skim
• 3 tablespoon White vinegar, or white wine vinegar
• 1 Lemon, juice
• 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
• 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
• 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
• 2 teaspoon Sriracha sauce, optional see notes
• Extra lemon juice, as needed
